Director of Advancement - Maranatha High School
Maranatha is a Christ-centered, conservative, evangelical college preparatory school located on a beautiful campus in Pasadena, California. As a member of the school’s leadership team, the Director of Advancement will be responsible for promoting the grateful giving of time, talents and resources to enable the school to maintain affordability and quality by supplementing tuition fees with charitable giving.
The ideal candidate will be a Christian who believes and embraces the school’s Statement of Faith. This individual will manage and supervise a small staff to plan and implement all fundraising activities in order to meet or exceed the school’s fundraising goals. The Director of Advancement will be responsible for the strategic use of technology, systems, processes and resources (including volunteers) to enhance donor giving.
Director of Development, Parent Giving - Chaminade College Preparatory

Under the direction of the Vice President of Advancement, the Director of Development, Parent Giving is the primary manager for all parent and grandparent fundraising activities and initiatives. In collaboration with the Vice President, the Director will develop and implement plans and strategies to increase participation and financial support to Chaminade; specifically, at the leadership level ($1,000+). The Director will recommend major gift prospects for the President, Vice President and the Director of Major Gifts. In addition, the Director will develop, recruit, motivate, and manage parent volunteers dedicated to increasing financial support to Chaminade.
Director of Development, Alumni Engagement - Chaminade College Preparatory
Under the direction of the Vice President of Advancement, the Director of Development, Alumni Engagement is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the Chaminade alumni engagement program. The Director implements multiple activities throughout the year fostering alumni engagement and promoting a culture of philanthropy within the Chaminade alumni community. A key emphasis of this position is the development of major donors from within the alumni community. Additional duties include supporting the functions of annual, major gift and capital campaigns as well as special events, volunteer management, development of collateral materials, and donor stewardship.
Director of Advancement - The Archer School for Girls
The Director of Advancement reports directly to the Head of School and works closely with both the Head of School and the Advancement Committee of the Board of Trustees. The Director of Advancement supervises a staff of three or more to provide leadership for the School’s Advancement initiatives in building a strong culture of engagement and philanthropy throughout the School and extended community.
Grant Writer - Villa Esperanza Services
Villa Esperanza Services, established in 1961, is a non-profit organization offering quality care and education for children, adults, and seniors with developmental, intellectual, and other disabilities. Villa offers nine programs including a comprehensive school for children up to the age of 22 years; a Speech and Language Center and Occupational Therapy Clinic providing children, adults, and seniors with comprehensive therapies; employment services; day programs for adults; and adult residences and independent living skills services in Pasadena and Thousand Oaks.
