The Events Specialist position is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating assigned events that contribute to the Foundation, such as the Day at the Races and the Heartbeat of Hollywood Golf Classic events. This position maintains and cultivates relationships with sponsors, donors, Guilds, unions, and others involved with the events. The Events Specialist is a key member of the Events Team, working with consultants, vendors, and volunteers in the planning and execution of Foundation fundraising events and participates in strategic planning related to fundraising events.
Minimum two – three years of experience in related fields such as event planning, promotions, fundraising, and donor/sponsor cultivation.
